wilted leaves. Keep packaged blends
in their original container. if bought
from a bulk bin, add a paper towel
Refrigerate in crisper up to 5 days.
H O W T O S E R V E Soak greens in a
large bowl of cold water for a few
minutes to wash and crisp the leaves.
Washing prewashed blends is
optional, but can be done as an extra
measure of caution. Drain and dry
well on a clean kitchen towel or
paper towels. Baby greens can do
more than salad— try them folded
into pasta with olive oil, lemon juice,
salt, and pepper.
